Just like our Parker location, Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts Littleton is professionally designed from the ground up to promote exercise and interaction with our Guests and Guest Attendants to help reduce home-sickness and stress.
Unmatched Exercise Areas
Our belief in the importance of exercise and group interaction is why we take the extra time and effort to ensure that our Guests have plenty of space to run and play outdoors. CSS Pet Resorts have unmatched exercise areas, with over 4,500 sq ft of indoor play areas and over 10,000 sq ft of outdoor play areas surfaced in clean, soft synthetic turf. Our Littleton location also offers an upgraded, larger heated indoor/outdoor Pet Pool ensuring all Guests get a chance to swim at their leisure.
Swim ~ Bike ~ Hike ~Treadmill
CSS Littleton is excited to offer your Dog a choice of four (4) different fun and exciting exercise packages:
Swim ~ Private or with friends, your Dog will enjoy 30 minutes of pool time with a CSS Guest Attendant. We have a heated pool providing year-round availability. We can also give your Dog swim lessons if they are not confident on their own. Great fun, good exercise, and a confidence builder!
Available Pool Times (Subject to Change):
Monday – Friday 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Saturday – 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Hike ~ One of our CSS Trainers will take your Dog for a 30-minute hike down the paved trail along the golf course adjacent to our property. Fun sights, sounds, and of course, smells – that’s what Dogs love best!
Bike ~ One of our CSS Trainers will teach your Dog to trot calmly next to our mountain bike. Awesome fun for most Dogs and great conditioning. We use an amazing product attached to the bike called a Springer Dog Exercise Jogger, which keeps your Dog safe at all times. We have road tested this product through many miles of biking with our own Dogs. Don’t worry, we will teach them to run at their own comfortable speed with booties available to protect their paws.
Treadmill ~ Again, one of our CSS Trainers will teach your Dog to run on our treadmill. This provides great exercise on dreary, rainy, or cold winter days. And, it gives your Dog a new set of skills and coordination. We carefully and slowly teach your Dog at their own speed, starting off with walking and then gradually increasing speed to fit their comfort level. Safety first and fun is our motto!

Holly Tyser – Trainer
Holly has always loved animals, but it wasn’t until she adopted her first dog four years ago that she became a self-proclaimed “crazy dog mom.” She decided to turn this passion into a career and sought out a position in the Pet Care Industry. Prior to joining the CSS team, Holly spent three years in marketing and product development with a Colorado-based pet product manufacturer, Outward Hound. There, she utilized her degree in Communications, and earned a certificate in Product Marketing Management. When she started fostering dogs and volunteering at her local Humane Society, Holly realized that Pet Care and Dog Training was her true calling. At CSS, Holly assists our Pro Dog Trainers and helps with Marketing and Guest Attendant duties. She is also in charge of all of the fun hiking, biking, swimming, and treadmill exercises that our Guests love so much. Holly takes turns bringing her three dogs and foster pup to work, while her cat stays home to watch over the pygmy goats and chickens. We are excited Holly has chosen to join our Team at CSS, and you should be too! She has exceptional skills at connecting with Dogs as well as people. She is an excellent Dog Handler and enjoys every moment she spends with the Pets in her care.
Sarah Lehmkuhl – Opening Manager
Sarah first joined CSS Parker in 2010 with a degree in animal science from Iowa State University. Her passion for animal husbandry and her willingness to learn the industry allowed her to quickly excel from Guest Attendant to Manager. After some time with CSS, she left to complete her schooling at CSU in preparation for her goal of becoming a veterinarian. Now she has returned and we are proud to welcome her back as a Manager at our Littleton facility. Sarah is a Level 1 Pet Care Technician and works part-time as a Veterinary Technician at a 24-hour animal hospital. She has an innate ability to work well with animals. Her quick smile, laughter, and love of Pets always creates a fun, yet safe environment for our Guests. Sarah’s experience and eagerness to provide excellent Pet Care and Customer Service are only some of the qualities that will make you feel at ease when leaving your beloved Pets with CSS.
Natalie Fore – Closing Manager
Natalie has been in the Dog industry for over eight years. She received a certificate in Dog Training from Animal Behavior College in 2008. She started working at Come Sit Stay in August of 2015 and has worked her way up from Guest Attendant, to Groomer, to Exercise Expert, and now is on the Managing Team. She has had a love for animals her whole life and has always known she was meant to work with them. Natalie has four Dogs and five Cats of her own and takes pleasure in spending time with her “Zoo.” She loves coming to work and seeing all of the happy faces that greet her in the yard. Natalie enjoys taking Dogs on hikes and finds it rewarding when she is able to teach a Dog to swim!
Stephanie Gianakos – Weekend Manager
Stephanie is a Littleton, Colorado native. After high school, she received her Veterinary Assistant Certificate from the PIMA Institute. She had worked in the veterinary field for many years until coming to work at Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts in Littleton. As a Guest Attendant, Stephanie loves interacting with all of the Guests, ensuring that their stay is a happy and positive experience. Her experience and great work ethic made her the perfect person to promote to an Assistant Manager position, and now to our Weekend Manager position. Stephanie is always eager to meet every new Guest, and they are always excited to see her! In her spare time Stephanie enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing computer games. She also enjoys playing with her five family dogs, three of which are English Bulldogs: Cammie, Daphne and Bentley. There are also two Boston Terriers in the family, Finnegan and Coco, that belong to her sister.
Ellen Hoenig – Office Manager
The CSS Team welcomed Ellen in April of 2014, and what an amazing addition she has been! Having grown up surrounded by animals, big and small, she has a special place in her heart for every single type. After graduating from DU with a BA in Communications and German, and pursuing her Masters of Education at CU Denver, she tried her hand at being a Primary School Teacher. It turns out her passion for education was strong, but her passion for animals was even stronger. Ellen’s organization, communication, and leadership skills have enabled her to excel quickly through the CSS ranks to become our trusted and valued Office Manager at CSS Littleton. Customer Service is her middle name and she is the brain center of our front office. Ellen and her Shiba Inu sidekick, Pardee, are always happy to answer any of your questions, help you get acquainted with our services, and provide you with everything you need in a professional Pet Care Facility.
Heather Anderson – Assistant Manager
Heather’s love for animals has been present since childhood when she tried to take home and care for every stray she found. Her professional experience began in High School where she was employed at a family owned Pet Store for eight years. After moving to Nebraska for college, she started the medical aspect of animal care and worked in a Vet clinic, where she aimed to earn her Vet Tech license. An unexpected situation changed her location and she moved back to North Dakota where she changed venues in her career path. There she earned her Associates of Arts in Psychology, and Bachelors of Science in Psychology. After graduating college, her need to work with animals was re-ignited and she began working at a boarding facility as a caregiver, manager, and customer service representative. It was in that facility where her grooming skills were nurtured and she became a full time groomer. Five years later, her dream of moving to CO was attained. Heather’s high standards for the best animal care facility brought her to CSS where we welcomed her with open arms as a Front Desk Concierge. She has proven her dedication to the pet care industry and has been promoted to the Assistant Manager position at our Front Desk.
Heather currently shares her love with her Dog, Emery, and three Cats, Ember, Emmy, and Decoy. Her personality and work ethic are outstanding and we are thrilled to have her at the CSS Front Desk greeting our Clients and their Pets with a smile every day!
